Wellington is a graduate of Solusi University ,College of South Africa and University of Witwatersrand. He qualified in Consumer Sciences ,Hospitality Management and Legal Court Interpretation and Translations. Furthermore he supplemented his professionalism with qualifications in Fire fighting and Rescue Evacuation at Medical Education Center in Cape Town. He is a former Administrator of Newmark Hotels, Land scape Site Operations Assistant for Power Group of Companies. In addition he worked as Operations Assistant Archivist at Standard Chartered Bank Head Office before ventured in judiciary. He also occupied position of Cluster Legal Court Interpreter in the Department of Justice and Constitutional Developments of South Africa Western Cape Government .His knowledge in statutes and administrations work complimented with highly skilled team makes all progressive developments way more exceptional. He was born and bred in family of automotive environments , in which there was fleet of commercial Buses, trucks and light vehicles that were fixed and serviced almost everyday. Hence the passion for entrepreneurship and brilliants curved the foundation of this company.

She is highly qualified in several varied disciplines.She has been occupying Senior positions in the office of the executives for Essential Selections Fashions ,Welf Auto Spares and Amalgamated Motor Spares at the same time being Chairman and Owner of Factor Motors Zambia Pvt Ltd.

He held distinctive management positions as Senior Analyst Programmer, Administrator for Time Bank,Stanbic Bank,Information Systems Manager at Development Bank and lastly Operations Operations at Livewire Developments Ltd.His service excellence and exceptional skills in managing large great team of Technicians both international and local recognised financial institutions made huge difference in our organizational development's strategies.He holds varied professional credentials IT ,Human Resources Management and Finance respectively just to mention but a few.

He has proven experiences in good results for the past two years without any come backs from our valuable customers. He lead the exceptional teams in electronic diagnostics, engine overhauls, gearbox maintenance and repairs, suspension and alignments just to mention but a few.
